The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with facility users and stakeholders through in-person communication, scientific presentations, and written correspondence. A strong understanding of cell platforms, the specific laboratory equipment, and related software is essential. In this role, you’ll demonstrate advanced lab methods, ensure high-quality specimen preparation, and apply your critical thinking and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate would be someone with:· Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline· Experience in genomics techniques. There is a preference for experience with single cells genomics including and/or scRNAseq and scATACseq, but this is not a must.· Understanding of the capabilities and applications 10X Genomics and ONT platforms- This is a big bonus, but not a must.· Proficient in routine cell and molecular biology techniques .· Experience in mammalian cell culture including iPSCs.· Knowledge of cell and molecular biology.· Familiarity with methods related to single cell specimen preparation and image processing/analysis.· Proficient computational skills and experience with database programs.

You will embed yourself directly into our partners' ecosystems, quickly adapting to their custom software, processes, and facilities to successfully integrate our Sydekick Physical AI Platform and the network, server and storage infrastructure that supports it. This is a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of network and systems engineering, hands-on infrastructure expertise, and field-readiness.
