This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and honesty, aligning with our core values.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Managing the full employee lifecycle experience including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding to deliver a seamless experience</li><li>Designing performance and development frameworks that support growth, feedback, and meaningful career progression</li><li>Driving culture and engagement initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and alignment with company values</li><li>Acting as a trusted partner for employee relations across the business to support wellbeing and effective communication</li><li>Building scalable people operations and compliance processes and policies that support our growth and meet global standards</li><li>Embedding diversity and inclusion practices into the business</li></ul>Skills and Experience&nbsp;Must haves:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as HR Manager or People and Culture Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and presentation skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated technical agility, with the ability to quickly learn and make the most of our stack.&nbsp;</li><li>Competent with modern cloud-based technologies (including or similar to G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, etc.).&nbsp;</li></ul>
