<p><strong>About the Opportunity:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Horizon Digital Pty Ltd, s looking for a Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting our expanding contractor</p><p>network and placing specialist AI talent into enterprise engagements across mining, energy, and resources. This is a specialist role at the</p><p>intersection of technical recruitment and relationship management, embedded within a fast-moving AI consultancy that works with some of</p><p>Australia's largest enterprise clients.</p><p><strong>Role</strong>: This is a full time role (38 hours per week), <strong>remunerated </strong>at $80,000 to $100,000.</p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for AI engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and automation consultants across contract placements</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>with tier-one enterprise clients.</p><ul><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess technical fit against specific client briefs in cloud, GenAI, and • data engineering.</li><li>Handle contractor onboarding, contract negotiation, and documentation for all placements.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the engagement lifecycle, including contract renewals and</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>extensions.</p><ul><li>Conduct needs assessments with hiring managers at enterprise clients to understand resourcing requirements and match appropriate</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>contractors.</p><ul><li>Support business development activity including preparing contractor profiles, rate cards, and candidate proposals for prospective clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipeline data, and placement reporting for the Managing Director.</li></ul><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Minimum 4 years experience in technical or IT recruitment, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to source and place candidates across technology disciplines including software engineering, data, or cloud.</li><li>Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess technical candidates against complex briefs.</li><li>Experience managing the full contractor lifecycle including onboarding, contract administration, and ongoing relationship management.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both client and candidate interactions</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have (Favourably looked at)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience recruiting in the WA market, particularly within mining, resources, energy, or government sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with AI, cloud, or data engineering roles and the ability to quickly learn technical stacks.</li><li>Exposure to labour hire compliance or contractor engagement models.</li><li>Experience using CRM or ATS platforms for pipeline and placement tracking.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>

EXPERIENCE</h1><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:#2E75B6;font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Essential</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in an HR Advisory or generalist HR role, handling the full employee life cycle</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and Modern Awards</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations and performance management</li><li>Experience with payroll processes and HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Employment Hero, IntelliHR or BambooHR</li><li>Excellent understanding of WHS obligations and compliance requirements</li><li>Valid driver’s licence</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><span style="color:#2E75B6;font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Desirable</strong></span></p><ul><li>Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or MBA</li><li>Experience in the construction, property development or trade industries</li><li>Professional membership with the Australian HR Institute (AHRI)</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment</li></ul><h1>SKILLS &amp;
