As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.Key responsibilies:<ul><li>Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards, clinical guidelines and patient needs.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs, medical histories and health conditions.</li><li>Administer medications, injections, immunisations and other treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.</li><li>Assist medical practitioners with clinical procedures, examinations and treatment plans.</li><li>Develop, implement and review patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.</li><li>Provide health education, disease prevention advice and ongoing support to patients and their families.</li><li>Monitor patient progress, identify changes in health status and escalate concerns when necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, reports and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate referrals, follow-up care and multidisciplinary healthcare services to support continuity of care.</li><li>Participate in infection prevention and control activities and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.</li><li>Support chronic disease management programs and preventive healthcare initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to quality improvement activities and maintain compliance with relevant nursing and healthcare regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Minimum of a Bachelor of Nursing or higher qualification, or an equivalent overseas nursing qualification recognised in Australia.</li><li>Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia through Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).</li><li>Minimum of 1–2 years of &nbsp;experience as a Registered Nurse in a general practice, primary healthcare, community health, hospital, or similar clinical setting.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and vaccinations, provide wound care, and maintain accurate clinical records.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.</li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while complying with infection control, clinical governance, and professional nursing standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
