<p>LL EPPING PTY LTD as trustee for LL EPPING Trust is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our Learning Ladder ELC Epping centre on a full-time basis.</p><p>The successful candidate will work within a supportive team to provide high-quality education and care to children and support their safety, wellbeing and developmental progress in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).</p><p>Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting. A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications are also required.</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.</p><br><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary of $80,000 + superannuation</li><li>Full-time, ongoing employment</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training</li><li>Work in a positive and nurturing early learning environment</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to children’s learning, development and wellbeing</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><br><h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement and assist in the development of educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's educational and recreational activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and conduct educational and recreational activities for children.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise children's indoor, outdoor and recreational activities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Support and supervise children's daily routines, including mealtimes, rest and personal hygiene.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage children's behaviour and support their social and emotional development.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with children through reading, games, play and other age-appropriate activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily observations.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with parents and families to provide updates on their child's development and wellbeing.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all activities comply with relevant childcare regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.</li></ul><br><h3>Qualification & experience</h3><p>Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher relevant qualification).&nbsp;</p><p>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting.&nbsp;</p><p>Must have full-time work rights in Australia.</p><p>Must be available to work full-time rostered shifts Monday to Friday within the centre's operating hours.</p><p>Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).&nbsp;</p><p>Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.&nbsp;</p><p>Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and communication with children, families and team members.&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
