The Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and embedding a culture of quality, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance across the AccessEAP organisation. This role oversees the maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence. In addition, the role manages the organisation’s risk management framework—identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organisation’s reputation, safety, security, or financial sustainability, as well as supporting the ISO 27001 accreditation and maintenance. The role ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and supports risk reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and relevant Committees.
